The musical association OUSIARMONICA a.p.s. has been active since 2008 in the Montese and Castel d'Aiano area. OUSIARMONICA organizes annual courses (from September to June) of classical, acoustic, electric and modern guitar, piano, singing, electric guitar, drums and electric bass, all held by qualified teachers.
From 2021, the introductory music course for children aged 0 to 5 has also started successfully.
CLAXICA International Classical Guitar Festival:
The CLAXICA international classical guitar festival, which in 2019 saw its twelfth edition, has been held every year since 2008 between Montese and Castel d'Aiano, in the month of July, under the artistic direction of prof. Giordano Passini.
The Apennines between Modena and Bologna are now inextricably associated with the name of the festival and are remembered with great pleasure by those who took part.
