Inside the suggestive village of Pieve di Roffeno, stands the ancient Pieve di San Pietro, one of the few in the
area to preserve evident Romanesque traces dating back to the time of its construction (mid-12th century).
It is one of the most famous and ancient parishes of the diocese of Bologna, characterized by an
architectural structure of great interest, with an apse built in opus quadratum by masters from Como.
Inside, the baptismal font is valuable and is considered the "jewel" of the Church.
